Check the box next to Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), for Authentication, select Password and enter your username and password in the fields provided. If you are outside of NYU, click on Account Information and then Server Settings in the Outgoing Mail Server section.If you set up a POP account, you can set your preferences regarding mail left on the server in this section. If you setup an IMAP account, enter "mail" (without quotes) in the IMAP Path Prefix field. Give the accou nt a description, enter your name and email address and click Continue. Click on Accoun ts, then click on the + sign in the lower left corner to add a new ac count.
